Human Resources Customer Service Rep (Call center)

I'm looking for multiple customer focused HR Customer Service representatives capable of serving internal customers. Qualified candidates will have relevant backgrounds to include experience in HR, Benefits, or Payroll.
You will also have:
a. Knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
b. Provide exceptional level of customer service to all employees.
c. Ability to exhibit superior customer service at all times, including when under significant pressure to achieve expected timelines.
d. Ability to work with accuracy and efficiency under bi-weekly deadlines.
e. Ability to maintain focus and productivity with frequent interruptions.
f. Ability to work proficiently in a team-based environment.
g. Ability to work effectively with a variety of people with different backgrounds.
h. Excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport on the phone.
i. Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Access and HR systems.
j. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
k. Detail oriented with high organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
l. Ability to complete job functions and maintain data integrity in a fast paced environment.
m. Demonstrated skills in working collaboratively, courteously, and tactfully.
n. Exercises discretion, sensitivity, tact, and respect for confidentiality at all times.
o. Ability to share professional expertise with others in the area of human resources.
