Appature is a fast-growing Seattle-area company that is changing the way companies manage customer information and drive marketing results.  We work with some of the top brands in the healthcare space, and are looking for a Market Development Manager to provide industry insight and drive new business with these large, distributed organizations.

• Identify and lead efforts to grow Appature’s business with existing customers


• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with top companies in the healthcare space


• Provide input and guidance into product positioning and company marketing initiatives


• Provide vision and leadership to potential customers and work with them to develop innovative solutions to legacy marketing challenges


• Develop innovative business development processes and standards that leverage our world-class technology and people


• Understand customer problems and define appropriate technology solutions


• Help create great times as part of a dynamic and fun team

• Experience in or with selling to the healthcare industry


• 5+ years experience in technology related products or services with 3+ years in a business development role


• 1-2 years experience with a consulting organization or in a consulting role


• 3+ years experience in marketing (technology or healthcare products/services)


• Superior presentation skills


• Willingness to travel 30-40%


• Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field, MBA highly preferred.
