PMG is a division of Lucid Commerce, a VC-backed startup, with 5-years of operating history. Through proprietary media planning tools and an optimization platform we are transforming the direct response advertising industry.

We are looking for resourceful, data-minded individuals, who are proactive and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Primary

·         Daily verification of airings using broadcast verification service, call center, and station reports

·         Daily notation of airing results of planned media to support station reconciliation

·         Provide media schedules to call center partners and TV listing services

·         Assist Accounting Dept. with station invoice reconciliation by obtaining required clearance reports and invoices from station billing representatives

·         Maintain monthly campaign planning calendars for daily review at PMG standup meetings

·         Maintain campaign information in company Wiki

Secondary

·         Data entry of campaigns and placements into media planning and buying system

·         Track TV placements & report clearance to PMG team

·         Obtain trafficking information from station representatives

·         Manage station & media campaign metadata (ISCI’s, call to action assignments, station broadcast clocks,)

·         Update and maintain contact management database

·         Traffic & coordinate creative materials to production houses & stations

Experience and Qualifications

·         Equivalent of 1-2 years work experience in the media field or related area

·         Extremely detail oriented (skills test will be part of the hiring process)

·         Microsoft Excel and general MS Office proficiency required

·         Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

·         Self-motivated & solution oriented

·         Strong verbal & written communication skills

·         Ability to work in a team-first environment

·         Internship and/or experience in the media industry is a plus

The candidate will be expected to learn or understand the following technology platforms:

·         Proprietary Reporting and Optimization Platform

·         STRATA

·         Proprietary media verification system

Education and/or Additional Experience

·         BA/BS  or equivalent experience required
