Responsibilities:
• In the short-term, improve the success rate of the checkout process by building new content, applying personalization and targeting, and creating checkout flow variations.
• Maintain and improve internal tools used for A/B testing and content management.
• Monitor and identify ways to tune and improve the performance of customer-facing e-commerce applications and back-end partner integration and communications.
• Ensure code quality and system stability by performing code reviews, and support QA staff by writing automated front-end tests.

Qualifications:
• 2-5 years related work experience
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (especially jQuery)
• High levels of organization and attention to detail
• Experience with JSP, HTTP, AJAX, and DOM/SAX/XML
• Photoshop skills to prepare efficient graphics for the web
• Experience in a UNIX/LINUX environment
• Ability to develop for cross-browser compatibility
